NAGA TOURNAMENT- Las Vegas

Three of our kids with the Vegas this past weekend and came back with 5 medals and 2 championship belts between the three of them.

Caitlin Cardenas: 2 Belts & silver in Women's advance (she's 13yrs)


Grayson Washington: 2 Silver medals in Kids Advance Division 


Keaton Frediani: Gold in Gi & Silver in NO-Gi

Protein bars are convient but most are loaded with SUGAR and extra fat that can ruin your results if you arent careful. I've found a great bar that uses all natural ingredients that help refuel and satisfy your body instead of packing on the pounds!
